Good Luck Christy Sadly, after 5 years of dedication to our customers, Christy is leaving us to persue other interests. She will be missed by all of us here at IncrediBREW as well as the many customers that she befriended over the years.
Mom...what can I do? Are the kids bored and looking for something different? Sign up to make a batch of homemade root beer. Or, better yet, plan a make and take soda session...just call ahead.
If you don't have time to come back in 2 days to bottle the soda that you made, you can schedule a "Make and Take" soda session. You will learn how to make a batch of soda (hands-on) and bottle a batch that was previously made, carbonated and ready to put in the bottles. This is great for folks who drive a long distance or for groups that find it difficult to get everyone's schedule in sync for two sessions. Great for Scout Groups, birthday gatherings, weekend visits, etc.
All "Make and Takes" must be scheduled at least a week in advance. If you want your own personalized labels, we can go over the details when you make the appointment.
Allow about an hour and half maximum for the whole procedure.
A $10 additional fee is included for "Make and Take" sessions.
Our Wines at Giorgio's for a good cause! Giorgio's Restaurants in Milford and Merrimack are now featuring our wines under the label Dimitra's Angel Dance. In honor of their family member, Dimitra, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of our Super Tuscan and Gruner Veltliner will go the Crotched Mountain Rehabilation Center in Francestown, NH. Please enjoy one of these wines with your favorite meal and help support the great work of this organization.

Beer of the Month Revere's Boston Lager $15 off a Batch Of course, we had to make this one a special for our Nation's birthday month. This Sam Adams style recipe has been with us since 1995 and has been a consistant top seller ever since. If you are in need of an appealing beer for a thristy summer crowd, you won't have to ride on horseback to Lexington and Concord to find it. Just stop in to Nashua, NH and brew it. There is no taxation here!
Fungus Among Us Brewfest Thursday, July 19th at 6 PM $35 per variety case (bottles included) Ever wonder how various yeast strains affect the flavor of your beer? This brewfest will answer that question! Join a bunch of other "Fun Guys" as you help to brew several batches of English Pub Ale. Each of 6 batches will be fermented with a different yeast strain. This will offer you a good variety of beers to enjoy and from which to learn from. I'll bet you wished for this kind of reseach in high school chemistry! When you return in 2 weeks for bottling you'll take home a variety case of English Pub Ale that contains subtle differences from bottle to bottle due to the various yeast strains. No prior brewing experience necessary. Your homework assignment is to enjoy each bottle until the final.
Please sign me up...I'm really a Fun Guy>>>

Anniversary Brewfest Sign up to B.A. Brewmeister! August 11th at 9 AM and 11:30 AM. 9 AM session = 1 variety case for $35 (bottles included) 11:30 session = 2 variety cases for $60 (bottles not included) Brew with Head Brewer, Greg Ouellette, from Martha's Exchange at this IncrediBREW Brewfest and win a chance to help him brew a 7 barrel commercial batch at Martha's Brew Pub in Nashua. In honor of our 17th Anniversary, Greg (our first employee), has selected 6 recipes from our list of brews. 3 recipes were originals from 1995 and 3 are newer recipes that caught his eye. We'll have two brewing sessions and he'll be on hand to work with us. He will bring a few prizes which will be raffled off to a few lucky brewers. At each session we'll be brewing Greg's picks: Royal Oak Olde Ale, Beavertooth Pale Ale, 60 Shillings Scotch Ale, Frank Jones IPA, Honey Bunches of Oats, and Belgian Bruin. At bottling (in two weeks) we'll do a random drawing to select the the customers who will be invited to help Greg brew a batch at his brewpub. Martha's is also celebrating its anniversary, their 19th, in August. No experience necessary. Come join the anniversary celebration of two Nashua businesses dedicated to quality beer!

Oaked Winefest Thursday, August 16th at 6 PM $60 for 6 different bottles of wine In the early days of winemaking, vintners discovered that oak barrels, used to store their wine, imparted certain characteristics to their wine. The flavors and aroma were complemented by oak aging and added notes ranging from earthy and toasty to vanilla and butterscotch. Over the years, the selection of oak for each batch of wine has become an art and a science for the wine maker. At this winefest, we'll explore how oak has added its contribution to a variety of wines: Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Bella Bianco, Pinot Noir, Australian Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon. You'll help to make and bottle wines at this winefest and you'll take home a bottle of each of these properly oaked wines. Snacks and wine tasting are also included at this event. No experience necessary. Space is limited, so please reserve early.
Split a Batch of Cabernet/Shiraz Tuesday, July 31st at 7 PM $80 for 10 bottles Join others on this night who enjoy having a few bottles of a hearty red blend in their wine rack. A blockbuster combo of two popular varieties has a rush of blackberry, plum, cherry and candied orange fragrances, followed by flavors of currant, fig, cedar, and spice intertwined with a beautiful balance of toasted oaks. Look for a rich, elegant finish.
