and Bottling Event!

Friday, January 19th at 6 PM
$60 per 6 bottles (bottles & labels included)

Join us for a wine tasting, winemaking, and 6 wonderful bottles of wine for you to take home and enjoy. You will participate in a wine tasting, a hands-on winemaking and bottling experience, and take 6 bottles home at the end of the event.

At this event we will be tasting and bottling the following new wines we are offering in 2018:

Diablo Rojo – Dark purple in color with a nose of blackberry jam melded with creamy vanilla aromas and a touch of tobacco. Rich in the mouth, it has gently smooth tannins and ripe plum and berry
flavors – very much in the character of an off-dry Merlot. The finish is long and fruit-filled, with the perfect amount of toasty oak.
Trinity White – A unique blend of Colombard, Sauv Blanc and Semillon, combining lemon and grapefruit aromas with rounded fruit, redolent of melons and fresh figs to round out this crisp refreshing medium-bodied white.

No winemaking experience is necessary! Space is limited, please reserve early.

“Omission” of Gluten Series – Pale Ale
Split-a-Batch Brewing Event

Saturday February, 24th at 9:00AM
$30 for returning brewers (bring your own bottles)
$40 for new brewers (bottles provided)

This night is dedicated to brewing a gluten-reduced version of our popular Citra Pale Ale. We have many requests for gluten-free beers. While this isn’t 100% “gluten-free”, we use an enzyme that significantly reduces the gluten content in beers made with barley and wheat. An enzyme-treated beer made from barley or wheat will typically test below 20 ppm of gluten, which is the international threshold for brewing considered “gluten free.” Join us to brew this great tasting beer hands-on,and take home your share of the batch!
