On this night we will be brewing our clone of a popular Portland, Maine recipe. Full bodied, pleasant pumpkin undertones and a rush of holiday spices highlight this nearly 9% abv. beer. This is one pumpkin recipe that calls you back for more.

Zombie Lust IPA

On this night we will be brewing our Zombie Lust which is modeled after one of the top beers in the USA, Zombie Dust. Our undead version features an abundance of Citra hops throughout the brewing process. Look for citrus flavors of grapefruit, lime and other exotic fruit.

Annual Oktoberfest

Our popular annual event is celebrated to salute SIX classic German beers! There will be plenty of oompah music and snacks for everyone to share. On this night you’ll learn how to make some of our finest German recipes:Oktoberfest, My Favorite Marzen, Oom-pah Pilsner, Hefe-Weizen, Dunkelweizen, and Rogg-n-Roll.

No brewing experience necessary, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to make great beer.

BIG BEER

This brewing event is not for wimpy beer drinkers. If you’re looking for a meal in a 22 oz. bottle, this one is not to be missed!

Learn to brew our Arrogant Brewer, Big Boy Stout, and Imperial Red. This is a great way to try some of these higher alcohol brews heading into the colder months.

You will return in 2 weeks for bottling, and you’ll have them to enjoy for the holiday season.

The haze craze continues an this NEIPA will be bottled in time for your festivities. Here is your opportunity to brew a fun variety of these recipes. Together we will brew Hoptimist, a NEIPA with hops that create natural tropical hints of grapefruit, melon, and lemon flavors. This one is loaded with several generous addition of dry hops.

You will return in 2 weeks for bottling, and you’ll have them to enjoy for the holiday season. No brewing experience necessary, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to make great beer.

Cookie Dough Blonde Ale

Enjoy this lovely dough-hued blonde ale that will have you screaming that it tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough. This beer is inspired from a beer that Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream and New Belgium collaborated on.
